Due to the hand made nature of most of our products, all measurements are approximate.
Shipping:
Shipping charge is based upon the size and weight of your order. When you place an order online, by email or phone with us oour system or one of our staff will calculate the shipping charges. We utilize USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on the lowest freight cost and best delivery time for you. If you have special shipping instructions, please let us know when you place your order.
Delivery time :
We attempt to ship all orders within 1 business day. Based on the individual product and the size of your order, this time may vary. Products are shipped from Sharon, Wi or may be drop shipped from one of our suppliers in special circumstances. Special order products are normally shipped in 7 to 14 days.

Returns and Refunds :
If you are unsatisfied with any product you have purchased from Pawmark, please return it in resalable condition within 14 days of the purchase date. Package the product well to prevent shipping damage. Once your product is received and evaluated for clean preservation without marks or damage, a full refund will be processed.
